By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are of legal age in your state or country of residence, and if you permit any minors in your care to use this Service through your devices, you consent on their behalf.
When using our Service (including browsing the online store or purchasing products), you may be asked to provide certain information such as your email address, billing details, payment information, and shipping address. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the legal right to provide it.
You are solely responsible for managing your account credentials and all activities under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

We do not guarantee that any product or service purchased will meet your expectations or appear exactly as shown.

Article 3 – Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. TABBIA reserves the right to accept or refuse any order for any reason. An order becomes binding only when we confirm acceptance.
Before acceptance, your payment must be received and processed. Please review your order carefully before confirming. Once accepted, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.
If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the email, billing address, or phone number provided.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent that your purchases are for personal, non-commercial use, not for resale or export. For international shipments, compliance with destination laws, customs documentation, and payment of duties/taxes/fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Refusal of delivery, failure to provide required information, or expired holding periods may result in additional charges or non-refundable returns (see Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for details).

Article 4 – Pricing and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
The applicable price is that in effect at the time of your order and stated in the confirmation email.
Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude shipping, handling, customs duties, and import fees.
For international orders, Japanese consumption tax may be excluded at checkout.
Prices shown on our online store may differ from those in physical stores or third-party marketplaces.
We may offer promotions governed by separate terms; in the event of a conflict, those promotional terms shall prevail.
You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase, billing, and account information and to promptly update such details.
You represent and warrant that (i) the payment card information you provide is valid and accurate, (ii) you are authorized to use it, (iii) charges will be approved by your issuer, and (iv) you will pay all amounts due, including applicable taxes and fees.

Article 5 – Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for delivery delays. Stated delivery times are estimates only.
International deliveries may require additional time due to customs inspection, taxation, or local carrier conditions.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
Refused deliveries, prolonged absence, or address errors will be handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Article 6 – Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on our Service—including trademarks, text, graphics, images, videos, designs, and layouts—are owned by TABBIA, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Except as expressly granted, no license or rights to any intellectual property of TABBIA, Shopify, or third parties are conferred.
“TABBIA,” its logo, and related names are our trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited. “Shopify” and associated marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc.

Article 7 – Optional Tools

Access to third-party tools may be provided as part of the Service.
Such tools are offered “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties or endorsements.
Your use of any optional third-party tool is entirely at your own risk and subject to the third party’s own terms.
Future features and tools introduced through our Service will also be governed by these Terms.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or embedded functions.
We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, or policies of such third-party sites.
Your use of or dealings with third-party products or services are solely at your own risk.

TABBIA is operated through Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform.
All transactions occur directly between you and TABBIA.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any purchases or damages arising therefrom, and you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any related claims or liabilities.

Article 10 – Privacy Policy

All personal data collected through the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy and, in some cases, by Shopify’s own Privacy Policy.
Because this Service is hosted by Shopify, data may be processed and transferred outside your country of residence to enable and improve the Service.

Article 11 – Feedback

By submitting, uploading, or posting any feedback, ideas, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant TABBIA a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such Feedback for any purpose, including commercial use.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to provide such Feedback and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
You agree not to post unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or harmful content.
We may monitor, edit, or remove content deemed inappropriate, though we are not obligated to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TABBIA, Shopify, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or products obtained through it, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TABBIA, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims or liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

Article 18 – Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Article 19 – Waiver and Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.
These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and TABBIA and supersede any prior agreements or communications.

Article 20 – Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign or delegate our rights and obligations without notice.

Article 21 – Governing Law

These Terms and all separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
You and TABBIA agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

Headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page.
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes on our website.
Continued use of the Service after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
