  All TABBIA products are manufactured in Japan. From production to inspection and shipping, the entire process takes place domestically. Some materials and accessories may be sourced from overseas, depending on their purpose.
TABBIA products are available on our official online store and at select partner stores and accommodation facilities in Japan. For a full list of retailers, please visit our SHOP LIST page. We are also preparing to make our products available on major online platforms such as Amazon.
Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries and regions:
Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam
Orders are usually shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that shipping may take longer during busy periods or due to weather conditions.
Domestic shipping within Japan (excluding Okinawa and remote islands) is free of charge. For Okinawa and remote islands, shipping is free for orders over ¥3,000.
For international orders, shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Please check the final amount on the checkout page before completing your purchase.

International orders are shipped via EMS (Japan Post). For some countries, including the United States, Canada, and France, we use DHL or FedEx.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, and customs duties or import taxes may be charged separately upon delivery.
These fees are determined by the laws and regulations of the destination country. Please check with your local customs office or shipping carrier for accurate information.

If customs duties or import taxes are not paid in the destination country, the shipment may be returned or disposed of by the carrier. In such cases, we are unable to offer refunds or reshipments. Please ensure payment is completed when required.
Payment & Returns
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover), as well as Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For customers in Japan, additional options such as convenience store payment and smartphone payments (PayPay, Merpay) are also available.
We accept returns or exchanges only in cases where the product is damaged or defective. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns or exchanges due to customer preference are not accepted. Some handling fees may not be eligible for refund. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Other
Gift wrapping is not currently available, but we plan to introduce this service in the future.
